Bruno has hinted a couple of times who he is.

When he duels Placido he says "i was created to stop you". The duel takes place on a mountain path, Bruno gets thrown into Ocean, which is where he wakes up without his memory.

So just to throw another thought at u all - did Yusei's father create Bruno?
