err... first of all I voted absolutely no!!!
and about that post on shin-paku blog
I think this guy's reason has nothing to do with you
first point is you only do hardsub as far as I know
second, you are working for free here, so no "YOU'RE FIRED" words since you do it voluntarily
third, if you do also take part in encoding the softsub, it's not your fault, coz as I have known you always do upload the RAW file on tnkp forum on time (if you're the same yugiohgxbedst)

I think this nutter is one of those nobrainers that would flame about anything.... Ignore him, you are doing a great job!

Like I said, there will always be someone who can't stand somebody else for no apparent reason. Just let them be, your hardsubs are the best I have ever seen, although I use the mkv's.

It's ok we were behind a little bit!
Everyone have that kind of problem time to time.
At the moment we catch up with the episode line! So nothing to worry about.

+ Just to explain to all - if you didn't saw the credits in opening

Everyone is doing they part of the job.

Jack can't convert anything to hardsub until he will get karaoke script!
+ It's easier to release a softsubbed then a hardsubbed, because you don't need to encode/convert anything - just mux.
