in yugioh DM they have YuJyo pair Yugi and Jyounochi in Gx Yuki Judai and Johan
but they don't have something like that in 5D's

I had read comments in other forums about possible pairs. There are Yusei and Bruno (because of your similarities) and sometime Yusei and Jack or Crow or both.
But I think they are all good friends.
